Meet our Founder…
Dr. Juanita Webb
Dr. Juanita Webb is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, with corresponding California certification (SPHRca; SHRM-SCP), and a California licensed Private Investigator/Qualified Manager (PI #25792), providing clients with executive coaching and conflict resolution services, harassment and discrimination investigation expertise, classification reviews, general human resources consultation and audits, compensation and employee opinion surveys, and a wide variety of training programs. Dr. Webb also brings a depth of managerial experience and expertise to clients, as well as drug and alcohol testing policy expertise.
Former adjunct Professor at Fresno Pacific University in the Business Department, Dr. Webb is also a member of the national and local chapters of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), and has served in numerous local and national Board of Directors and advisory positions, as well as having served as Chairman of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce.
Professional Expertise / Experience
Dr. Webb has been involved in management and the human resources field in a variety of positions and business structures (for profit, non-profit, public and private employers), and has also served as Interim HR Director, Business and Administrative Director, Training Manager, Assistant Personnel Manager and now provides consulting services to clients in a variety of industries.
Providing comprehensive Human Resources, investigation, executive coaching, operational, and training services, working in a variety of organizations and business entities, and as Consultant, Dr. Webb has directed, expanded, and improved Human Resources functions, investigations and operational aspects, including:
providing investigation and training expertise in the areas of harassment, discrimination and retaliation,
retained as an Expert Witness in the areas of harassment, discrimination and retaliation,
managing and reporting EEOC compliance efforts for employers required to demonstrate completion of court-ordered consent decree obligations,
conducting Human Resources audits for HR compliance, functional and strategic planning within the organization, reporting findings to Management,
strategic management in developing goals and objectives in line with overall organization mission, vision and values,
establishing succession planning within the organization,
providing conflict resolution and coaching services, including executive level coaching,
recruiting and hiring at all employment levels,
participating in implementation and administration of programs and plans for risk management within the organization,
developing and controlling budget for the department and/or organization,
employee relations, in union and non-union environments,
performance appraisal program development and implementation,
developing and implementing video and internet-based orientation programs and handbook implementation sessions,
staff training and development for all employee levels, including management and Human Resources staff, specifically,
developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs,
conducting salary and benefits surveys for the organization,
providing project management services for various Human Resources and business-related projects for the organization,
conducting job analysis, classification reviews, and developing applicable job descriptions,
preparing and conducting employee opinion surveys and compiling response data analytics for use by the organization, with follow-up focus groups for feedback to management, and
developing and implementing drug, alcohol and contraband control testing programs.
